Schedule: Part-Time (2 Days per Week)

Pay Range: $24,384 – $36,576 / year (equivalent rate based on experience & hours)

Experience Level: Entry-Level / No prior experience required ( Full Training Provided )

About the Role

Are you compassionate, energetic, and eager to help people live healthier, pain-free lives? We are seeking a personable and reliable  Chiropractic Assistant to join our dedicated healthcare team in Rock Hill.

In this dual-focused role, you’ll split your time between creating a warm, welcoming environment at the front desk and providing hands-on clinical support alongside our doctor.  No previous chiropractic or medical experience is necessary —if you bring a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and a strong work ethic, we will train you on everything else!

What You'll Do

1. Front Desk & Reception

• Patient Warm Welcome: Greet patients with enthusiasm as they enter the clinic.

• Scheduling & Check-In: Manage appointment bookings, handle patient check-ins/check-outs, and keep daily flow on schedule.

• Communications: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and send appointment reminders.

• Administrative Support: Assist with patient intake paperwork, file updates, and basic payment processing.

2. Clinical Activities & Patient Care

• Patient Preparation: Escort patients to treatment rooms and help them prepare for exams or adjustments.

• Therapy Assistance: Guide patients through basic therapy modalities (e.g., electronic stimulation, ice/heat application, traction) under the doctor’s direct supervision.

• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized therapy rooms between patient visits.

• Chart Maintenance: Help record basic patient info and clinical updates in our records system.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Customer Service Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to multitask smoothly in a active clinic setting.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning scheduling and electronic health records (EHR) software.

• Reliability: Strong punctuality and commitment to working your scheduled 2 days per week.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients as needed throughout the shift.

Position Details & Benefits
