Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Salesforce.com System Administrator with 5 to 7+ years of experience.
- Administer Salesforce features including field creation, approval processes, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and configurations.
- Support CRM enhancements, change requests, and provide production support activities.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment (1 to 2+ years' experience), using sprints to deliver minimum viable products.
- Drive business process improvements through process mapping, problem identification, and implementation of best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly through documentation, user stories, presentations, and process models.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote position with preference for candidates in Eastern Time Zone or able to work ET hours.
