Experience in full-service kitchens (grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations—we got it all).
Skills in food handling, storage, and all things prep.
Positive vibes and teamwork with both front-of-house and back-of-house.
Curiosity to learn, grow, and level up your kitchen skills.
Valid Food Handler's card.
Excitement to dive deeper into Japanese cuisine and beverages.

Preferred: At least a year in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen.
