Job Description

• Create Tailored Care Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insights and training to patients and their loved ones, promoting ongoing healing at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continued education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
