Your Role

In this role, you'll go beyond symptom management - you'll aid in restoring habits, rebuilding confidence, and reviving the joy in everyday activities. Whether it's guiding stroke survivors through intricate hand exercises or supporting post-surgical orthopedic patients in reclaiming their movement, you will utilize your expertise to offer centered, compassionate care that encourages resilience and autonomy.

Here, you won't find a focus on checklists or shortcuts. Instead, every patient embodies a narrative, and each therapy session contributes a pivotal page in their journey to recovery. You will work intimately alongside fellow therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to craft rehabilitation strategies that reflect the uniqueness of each individual.

Embrace Team Spirit and the Vibrancy of Your New Home

What we've cultivated here is something truly unique. Our rehabilitation team is more than just colleagues - we are a circle of encouragement, sharing knowledge, celebrating every success (large and small) together. Miami is lively, drawing creatives, entrepreneurs, and adventurers alike, all while permitting moments of tranquility to unwind by the water.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as more than simply a job - it's a vocation. We want a person who beams with pride as a patient regains their capabilities, reinforces their independence, or reveals a narrative they had long been unable to articulate.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or freshly minted from certification programs, you will flourish here with your heart, dedication, and the willingness to grow. If the fusion of outstanding therapeutic care and the allure of a vibrant lifestyle excites you - look no further; you have found your establishment.

Let's Create Something Exceptional - Together

This is your invitation to contribute to something greater than mere job responsibilities. Here, your efforts will shape futures, accelerate recoveries, and restore what was once lost, all in a landscape celebrated for its rhythm of work and play.

If you're ready to grow, give back, and connect with a community that cherishes its members - we eagerly await your application.
