Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center or in a community. This position is responsible for making meaningful change in the Client and families' life.What we offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsPay rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourMonday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 am - 3:30 pmCities targeting: Approximately 20-mile radius of Commerce, including East Los Angeles, Pico Rivera, Whittier, South Gate, Huntington Park, etc.We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles awayStudent loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus program(s) for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesFlexible schedulingGreat and fun company cultureExpansive health, vision, and dental plans for our full-time partners401(K) retirement savings programMileage and phone reimbursementAnd so much more!Role responsibilities:Provide 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Collect data related to client's progress during treatment sessions.Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.Promote client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.Consulting with case supervisor on treatment plans, client updates, and intervention strategies.Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.Providing make up hours as an alternate care team member.Maintaining eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).Must haves:High School Diploma or GED (minimum)Reliable transportationSuccessfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screeningBe able to lift up to 30lbs. while assisting consumersMust be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a timeNice to haves:Empathy and compassion towards the families we supportMaintains professional demeanor, boundaries, and composureDemonstrates effective communication, and shows ability to implement existing behavioral plansImplement outlined plans to achieve desired goalsAbility to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needsBe comfortable working in clients' homesWork in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.)360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
