Property Maintenance Supervisor - Resident Services & Safety

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Marietta, GA to oversee and perform technical maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks for a multifamily community. You will coordinate work orders, inspect workmanship, manage vendor contracts, and ensure safety and quality standards across grounds and units. You’ll lead a team, uphold Greystar’s service standards, and contribute to budget planning while maintaining residents’ satisfaction and property appearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
