WHAT YOU'LL DO Prospect daily (1520 touches) Walk into facilities and identify operational gaps Sell industrial equipment + automation solutions Work directly with Operations Managers, Directors, Executives Build ROI-driven proposals Close long-cycle capital deal Building long-term customer relationships Drive real operational impact
WHAT TOP PERFORMERS ACTUALLY DO HERE Build their own book of business within 612 months Turn first meetings into long-term accounts Consistently grow income based on territory performance This is not a role where you wait for leads. This is where you create them.
