If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about operational excellence and team leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.What will you be doing?Leading and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are metDriving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance efficiency and performanceManaging and developing a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagementCollaborating cross functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize operationsEnsuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards within a highly regulated environmentMonitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as neededSupporting strategic planning and contributing to long term operational goalsWhat will you need to be successful?Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, typically 7+ years in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teamsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six SigmaExperience working within regulated industries, preferably medical devicesStrong problem solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsYou.
