Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Procurement team and manage supplier contracting engagements from intake through execution and amendments. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and subsequent amendments.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, SaaS/hosted platform agreements, and order forms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify contract scope, deliverables, and requirements.
Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and other risk management teams.
Manage contract modifications, updates, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate contract records within procurement systems.
Manage multiple contracting engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and compliance.
4 years of relevant experience in contracts, legal, or procurement, with a focus on commercial contracts.
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and supplier agreements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly contract drafting and review.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with Legal and risk teams during contract reviews.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional services and consulting agreements.
Technology, SaaS, and hosted platform contracts.
Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), order forms, and amendments.
Support/shared services agreements, including legal, finance, or treasury services.
