Communication skills: Ability to present design decisions and rationales to stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team. It is important to pick up questions and clarify these with the relevant experts. Identify and resolve issues arises in Helix ITSM application suite3 Upgrade and patch Helix ITSM suite4 Prepare effort estimation for new projects and change requests5 Integrate Helix ITSM applications with other third party software/tools6 Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements7 Work with BMC support to get solution for product related issues8 Report the Status, Raise the Risk/Issue(s) and provide the feedback to the Project Manager.
