Step into a fulfilling role making a real difference in the lives of middle and high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity is based near the Richmond, TX area with a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week), and offers the flexibility to work with grades 6-8 or 10-12 depending on your preference.

Responsibilities in this role will include managing a caseload of approximately 50-60 students and delivering direct therapy, conducting ARD meetings, performing evaluations and testing, and collaborating with educators and families. Candidates who prefer supervisory duties only are also encouraged to apply. Youll work onsite at one or more schools, with assignments considerate of your home ZIP code for convenience.

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas SLP license; Florida license holders also welcomed
• Ability to provide a copy or image of active licensure
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
• Experienced or comfortable with ARD/IEP processes and student therapy
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of an educational team
• Ability to pass district-required fingerprint/background check (prior completion a plus)
• Candidates must disclose if previously terminated from or applied directly to a school district

Key Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions for assigned student caseload (grades 6-12)
• Organize and participate in ARD meetings
• Complete student assessments, progress monitoring, and required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development
• Optional: SLP supervision duties
