Full Time Service Center - ECI, Rosenberg, TX, US Salary Range: $88,000.00 To $88,000.00 Annually Make a difference in the lives of young children and their families! Texana Center is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment services to infants and toddlers and their families throughout Fort Bend and Waller counties. This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a collaborative, family-centered environment while helping young children build the communication and developmental skills they need to thrive. Role Responsibilities Evaluate and assess infants and toddlers to identify eligible children and their individual needs. Develop and provide treatment programming based on each child's needs. Work as a member of the Trans/Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), partnering with families, program personnel, and consultants. Provide training and support in areas including communication and language development, sensory and oral-motor development, positioning, and assistive technology devices and services. Provide active treatment and maintain accurate documentation of service delivery and client needs. Use professional initiative and independent judgment while working under the general supervision of a Program Supervisor or Program Director. Travel throughout the assigned catchment area to serve children and families. Provide supervision and oversight for Speech Language Pathology Assistants, students, and/or interns. Promote and adhere to Texana Center's compliance policies and procedures. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Flexible hours may occasionally be arranged to provide the best support for families and program needs. Salary: $88,000 annually Deferred Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 with a satisfactory 5-month performance appraisal. Bilingual SLPs are encouraged to apply! Bilingual SLPs must be competent to interpret English/Spanish as determined by achieving language proficiency on the MasterWord Spanish Proficiency Assessment and will receive a bilingual stipend. Required Education and/or Certifications, Experience, Skills Master's degree in speech and language communication disorders from an accredited college or university. Current license as a speech therapist.
