Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role involves working with approximately 35 students in an itinerant model, providing hands-on physical therapy services. You'll collaborate with educators and other professionals to help students achieve their developmental and educational goals. The position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, following a steady weekday schedule, and offers the chance to make a real difference in a vibrant school community.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist state license
• Experience providing physical therapy in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working independently and managing an itinerant caseload
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse physical and developmental needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Travel between school sites as needed to support the assigned caseload
