Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and functionality.
• Execute hands-on therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities under the direction of the supervising physical therapist.
• Regularly monitor, document, and report patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols as conditions change.
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques, self-care, and injury prevention strategies that empower them throughout their recovery process.
• Engage with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate treatment efforts and stay informed about patient care developments.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records to facilitate communication among care providers and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or an associate degree accredited from an approved Physical Therapist Assistant program is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
