Together, we do great things.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.Design, build, and maintain a centralized cost intelligence database capturing historical construction data across projects, geographies, and scopes.Develop predictive cost models and benchmarking tools to support early-stage budgeting, procurement planning, and risk analysis.Validate cost forecasts by comparing estimates against actual project performance, improving model accuracy over time.Standardize cost data classifications and taxonomies to ensure consistency across procurement, finance, and project management systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams to define cost drivers, align assumptions, and deliver actionable insights.Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, business-ready intelligence for technical and executive stakeholders.Automate recurring workflows and build intermediary tools that enable seamless data integration across platforms.Monitor industry trends in construction modeling and data center delivery to ensure tools remain aligned with best practices.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance. Or Equivalent Professional Experience.Experience building databases, user interfaces, and automated workflows.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Programming aptitude with demonstrated experience in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. QTS Confidential PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in data center construction projects.2–3 years of construction management exposure.Experience using Snowflake data warehouse platforms to develop data models, dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that support operational and business decision-making.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESSuperior interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business groups, including executives, project managers, engineers, and vendors.Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical data into actionable business insights.Proven ability to manage deadlines independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Flexibility and adaptability to shifting business needs and evolving project requirements.We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
