This role is responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a highly competitive market, particularly across engineering, automation, software, and operations roles. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, while driving execution excellence, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience across North America.This is a newly created role based in the DFW area, which manages a small team of recruiters and reports to the Global Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding for Körber in Germany.Your role in our teamLead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of Recruiters across North AmericaDrive accountability for hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experienceEstablish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and regular business reviewsOwn and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with Supply Chain business growth Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership rolesMonitor and optimize key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate drop-off, diversity hiringServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers across North AmericaEducate stakeholders on labor market trends, compensation positioning, and talent availabilityDrive structured, data-driven hiring decisions and interview practicesPartner closely with HR Business Partner teamSupport strengthening Körber’s employer brand across North America, especially in supply chain tech and automation sectorsYour profileBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including North American market expertiseProven leadership experience managing recruiting teams in the U.S. and/or Canada, in a hybrid or remote set-upStrong track record in hiring engineering, software, and industrial/supply chain talent, ideally in a B2B environmentExperience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally with a European companyDeep understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor markets and recruiting practicesStrong leadership, coaching, and change management skillsStrategic mindset with strong operational executionExcellent stakeholder management and influencing capability across all hierarchy levelsEligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
