Human Resource Manager Salary: $60,000-$62,500/Year Location: St. Paul, MN (In-Office Position) Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA, and other basic HR functions. You will also ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal and local state laws.
