Job Description Job Description INVENTORY LEADER – TRAVEL POSITION Do you enjoy organization, accountability, and keeping operations running smoothly? MOCA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Leader to support large warehouse projects across the United States. You will play a critical role ensuring all inventory is received, tracked, organized, and managed accurately throughout project execution. If you enjoy solving problems, leading teams, and maintaining operational control, this role may be a strong fit. What you'll do: • Receive, inspect, and track project inventory • Ensure accurate inventory counts and reporting • Investigate discrepancies and resolve inventory issues • Coordinate deliveries and unloading activities • Support kitting and sorting operations • Partner with logistics and project teams • Train and support inventory staff • Maintain inventory records and project close-out activities • Ensure OSHA and safety compliance standards What we're looking for: • Experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or material control • Experience leading or coordinating teams • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments • Ability to travel extensively What we offer: ✔ Salary position ✔ Travel approximately 90% of the time around USA for long periods of time (12 weeks or more) ✔ Flights, lodging, and transportation covered ✔ Daily per diem ✔ Career growth opportunities and benefits package Own the process.
