Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Arlington and Methuen seeks a full-time Employment Specialist to help young adults ages 18-25 explore employment, volunteer and training options to build competitive work skills. The role emphasizes supportive coaching, life skills development, and partnerships with local employers.
