Empowering Young Adult Peer Mentor — Help Youth Thrive

Vinfen is seeking a Youth and Young Adult Access Center Young Adult Peer Mentor (YAPM) to support YYA in services, housing, education, and employment goals. The role focuses on mentoring, outreach, and facilitating peer support groups within the AC setting. The YAPM will provide 1:1 mentoring to 5–10 YYA, help nurture self-determination, and collaborate with TIP Facilitators and AC staff to promote recovery and community integration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vinfen
