About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Marketing and Digital Strategy. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in B2B technology and industrial markets. This role is pivotal in defining, aligning, and accelerating the company's global marketing and digital strategy across its diverse portfolio. The VP will be responsible for establishing marketing vision, digital strategy, and customer engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on modernizing the company's digital presence and driving marketing alignment for business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing global marketing strategies, leading digital transformation, and ensuring that marketing investments support measurable business outcomes. The role also involves leading through influence, building strong cross-functional relationships, and mentoring marketing talent. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. A strong understanding of digital marketing, web strategy, and marketing technologies is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial, scientific, or technical markets, and a background in AI-enabled marketing technologies is a plus. The role requires a leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across the organization. The VP will be expected to lead by example, promoting a data-driven marketing culture and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
