Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Health, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for incoming patients to gain an understanding of their unique mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, utilizing established methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including HIPAA, to safeguard patient confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborating with a dynamic treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to provide integrated care and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies for each patient.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance clinical practice and contribute to overall quality improvement initiatives.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Staying current with the latest research and developments in mental health treatments to integrate new knowledge into best practice approaches for patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and struggling with a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. By leveraging your therapeutic expertise, you will support these individuals during a critical time in their recovery journey, helping them develop sustainable coping strategies and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
