Director Sales Operations

Job Title: Director of Sales Strategy & Operations (RevOps / SaaS) Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Equity Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States (Hybrid) Industry: IoT / Connectivity / Telecommunications About the company Edison Smart are partnered with a rapidly scaling IoT and connectivity technology company transforming how enterprise organisations manage global device connectivity. With significant growth plans in place, the company is investing heavily in commercial operations, data intelligence, and revenue infrastructure to support long-term scale. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the operational backbone of a high-growth technology organisation. Responsibilities Build and scale the sales and revenue operations infrastructure Own pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial reporting Develop real-time dashboards and commercial intelligence systems Drive CRM optimisation, workflow automation, and data accuracy Manage quote-to-cash processes including pricing and billing workflows Partner with leadership on territory planning and hiring strategy Improve forecasting accuracy and sales performance visibility Identify and automate manual operational processes using AI tools Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams Support compensation planning and commission reconciliation processes Key Requirements 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or commercial operations Strong background in B2B IoT, connectivity, or technology environments Proven experience building operational processes from scratch Deep CRM expertise including reporting, workflows, and pipeline governance Experience owning quote-to-cash and commercial operations processes Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting and forecasting capabilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Experience leveraging AI tools and automation within commercial operations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution #J-18808-Ljbffr Edison Smart®
