It's time to look at Taylor.Your OpportunityTaylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility.Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pmYour ResponsibilitiesPrepare and operate digital printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.Check plates for correct formatVisually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.Digital Printer multi-color with finishingYou Must HaveAbility to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerancesHigh degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.High degree of mechanical abilityGood reading ability.We Would Also PreferMust have ability to work with very close tolerancesAbility to effectively communicate with team membersHigh degree of analytical skillsGood color discernmentOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
