Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

As Director of FP&A , you’ll report directly to the CFO and lead a team across FP&A and Treasury, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash management, banking relationships, Board presentations, and M&A due diligence. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Sales and Chief of Operations, giving you significant visibility into the business and the opportunity to influence decisions. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the local Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, the client is not willing to consider relocation at this time. Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and treasury teams to drive staff development Direct annual corporate budget cycles and rolling quarterly forecast processes Deliver executive financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses Prepare quarterly board of directors presentations with strategic business insights Construct long-range financial planning models to guide strategic corporate initiatives Collaborate with department heads to evaluate investment opportunities and operational performance Execute ad hoc financial modeling for major capital projects and acquisitions Administer corporate financial reporting databases, system access, and dashboard developments Optimize treasury operations, banking relationships, and corporate credit facility agreements Partner with executive leadership to evaluate optimal debt and equity structures Formulate business intelligence strategies centered around predictive financial data analytics Support M&A through financial due diligence and valuation modeling Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 12+ years of FP&A and/or treasury experience in a manufacturing environment Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $180,000–$210,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
