This dynamic position works with Sales Representatives and Managers within Ball Seed’s Sales, Service and Logistics teams to develop and execute pricing strategies to drive sales and profit growth within Ball Seed. Support development of key account relationships and providing general account assistance across all product lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and quotation accuracy across all product lines, monitoring margin reporting to maintain pricing integrity and reduce cancel/rebill rates to less than 0.5%.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Managers and Regional Supply Managers to execute regional sales, supply, and profitability strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic pricing initiatives for key suppliers and programs to achieve targeted business objectives.
• Partner with Logistics and Service teams to launch and evaluate new logistics programs, ensuring successful regional execution and performance outcomes.
• Assist Supply Chain and Data Management teams in testing and validating Quote Tool enhancements to accelerate deployment of new pricing programs.
• Coordinate Pricing Team-Up activities and execute strategic pricing plans to ensure on-time completion of initiatives and achievement of pricing goals.
• Audit commission reports, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inaccuracies to support timely and accurate commission processing.
• Resolve pricing, product, and quality-related issues to expedite claim resolution and minimize customer and business impacts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Excel skills (including Pivot tables) are required; a strong understanding of SAP processes and functionality is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to a variety of business situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, consistently delivering results while fostering positive working relationships.
• Ability to step up to address difficult issues and tackle tough assignments. 
• Knowledge and understanding of exchange rates a plus.
• Ability to travel 5% of the time domestically. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit/stand 100% of the day
• Ability to use hands/fingers 90% of the day
• Ability to work in an office environment. During occasional travel, ability to be outside and in greenhouse environments. 

Salary Range: $60-70k
