Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. Responsibilities include directing the operational efforts and strategies of the food and beverage outlet, supervising restaurant associates, training associates on service standards, assisting with the smooth daily operation of the restaurant, maintaining open communication between management and staff, ensuring associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs, taking immediate action to resolve operational issues, participating in daily stand-ups with staff and weekly food & beverage meetings, ensuring all food served meets quality standards, and supporting food service operations across the hotel as needed.

Qualifications include previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service, toast system experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
