Job Details:

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- Minimum of 24 months current/recent operating room experience [required] - Cardiovascular OR / CVOR experience [required] - General circulating / general operating room experience [required] - (80% of experience in Cardiac cases / 20% experience in General cases) - Strong proficient experience in: Cardiac, vascular, thoracic [REQUIRED] - Basic General Surgery circulating experience [REQUIRED] - EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required] - Trauma Level II experience [required] - Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred] - No first-time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the previous 15 months [required] - Scrub experience including open heart scrubbing [REQUIRED] - Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room / CVOR experience [required] - Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing) [required] - Must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] - Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] - Driver's License [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS [required] - Certifications: BLS (AHA) - State Licenses: Iowa
