School Psychologist

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract school psychologist is needed to provide comprehensive psychological services across assigned school sites for a district near Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role supports student academic success, behavioral development, and social-emotional wellbeing through assessment, consultation, and intervention services in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning Complete evaluation reports in compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Tennessee state guidelines Participate in eligibility determination meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Provide data-driven recommendations for interventions and educational planning Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide crisis response support and participate in school-based threat assessments as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered Ensure ethical and professional practice consistent with NASP standards Benefits Soliant offers flexible assignment options for school professionals, competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, company matched 401(k) retirement plans, support and reimbursement for licensure and continuing education, tax‑free travel stipends and reimbursements, and the opportunity for contract renewal and extended placement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
