$17.35/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Colwich, KS | Friday Remote Option

We are partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Client Service Representative to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, call center, scheduling, dispatch, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience who enjoys helping people and solving problems.

No facilities management experience is required! You’ll receive training on the company’s systems and processes.

What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients who need assistance with facility-related service requests. You’ll help coordinate requests, communicate updates, and make sure customers receive timely and professional support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to client emails

• Taking and entering service requests into company systems

• Coordinating service requests with internal teams and outside vendors

• Providing customers with updates on service schedules and progress

• Following up on open requests and work orders

• Answering questions and resolving customer concerns

• Escalating issues to the appropriate team when needed

• Keeping customer and service information accurate and up to date

• Reviewing invoices and other documentation as needed

• Managing multiple requests while providing a positive customer experience

• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing

• Comfortable learning new computer systems and software

• Dependable, professional, and adaptable

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, dispatch, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, or administration is a plus!
High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation & Benefits
$17.35 per hour
