Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This person will play a big role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations. It's a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, personable, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
• Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, solution-oriented support
• Process orders, updates, and returns while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Track order status and provide customers with updates and follow-up as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience
• Escalate more complex issues when needed and follow through to resolution
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support overall team operations
• Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of customer service or support experience
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with CRM systems or order processing platforms is a plus
• Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
