Your responsibilities

Demonstrable experience in B2B sales you know how a sales cycle works.

Hunger. You want to make deals, not manage.

You like to pick up the phone. Cold calling is not a punishment for you, but part of the game.

Communication strength on par with management, sustainability, and marketing officials.

Structured, self-reliant working style you dont need someone to push you in the morning.

Very good German (negotiation-proof), good English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in sustainability, ESG, or climate sector.

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot).

A network in relevant industries.

Your profile

As a Full Circle Sales Specialist, you are the most important lever for our growth. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from the first research to the long-term customer relationship. You bring new companies on board, show them how Planted makes their environmental and climate contribution visible, and remain their contact person afterwards.

You work closely with our climate forester, who supports you with product marketing, events, and sourcing so you can focus on what you do best: sales.
