The core Success Factors include: Instill Trust and Value Differences Patient and Community Focus and CollaborateRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide medical patient care by examining, diagnosing and treating clinical patients in order to meet their medical needsEducate patients (and families) on wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and resources to patients and families, as well as determine need for referrals based on examination and patient needsDetermine level of urgency of follow-up, referral and consultation appointmentsExercise final medical judgment in all issues of health carePrescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs to patientsOrder studies, tests and ancillary servicesDocument all serves in patient's electronic medical recordReview on a regular basis long-term cases that require ongoing medical attentionConsult with Medical Director and other professionals on staff, as needed, regarding patient care, assessment and education issueParticipate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and other established patient care programs as establishedProvide clinical oversight to a medical staff, including a medical assistantAssist in the resolution of complaints, requests and inquiries from patientsMaintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal and state guidelines and regulationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
