An established, high-volume dental practice, with a DSO, in the Reading, PA area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join a collaborative and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform surgical extractions

* Place dental implants

* Complete bone grafting procedures

* Diagnose and evaluate oral & maxillofacial conditions

* Develop individualized treatment plans

* Educate patients and families on procedures and post-op care

* Collaborate with general dentists and specialists

* Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

* Stay current with advancements in oral surgery techniques

* Participate in continuing education

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

* Active Pennsylvania Dental License (or ability to obtain)

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

* Proficiency in a broad range of oral surgery procedures

* Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

* Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning
