Personal Injury Case Manager

You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. Duties Include Handling personal injury files from intake to the filing of the complaint. Ongoing quality client contact. Working with insurers to resolve property damage/loss of use claims. Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation. Drafting demand letters. Scheduling client medical appointments and requesting medical records and billing. Qualities Needed Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing. Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury experience. Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies. Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries. Careful attention to detail. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks. Salary $35 - $45 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
