Case Manager (Personal Injury) to $100k

Case Manager (Personal Injury) Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($80,000–$100,000) depending on experience.

- Manage all aspects of assigned personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation handoff.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, gather documentation, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate medical treatment schedules and track client progress throughout recovery.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring timely completion of all records, reports, and correspondence.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to prepare settlement packages, demand letters, and trial support materials.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing discovery responses, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts to facilitate efficient case progress.
- Track case timelines, deadlines, and compliance with court or procedural requirements.
- 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player who thrives in a fully onsite, collaborative environment.
