Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
Required Skills:
- Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Strong background in interviewing and relationship management
- Ability to make strategic decisions and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of supply chain, media, and finance industries
- Experience with background checks and military background a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for recruitment
- Experience with strategy development and engineering
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $150,000 annually
