What You’ll Earn + What You’ll Get Base Salary: $230,000-$250,000 (depending on experience and schedule) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience) Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly. How You’ll Make an Impact Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up car Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams) MAT certificate required DEA registration preferred Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish Ready to Practice Medicine the Way It Should Be?
