Our Defense team in Salt Lake City, UT, is eagerly looking for an Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team. The Site Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, manufacturing/process engineers, and technicians supporting circuit card assembly (CCA) production and new product introductions at our Salt Lake City Circuit Card Assembly plant. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive technical excellence, process reliability, and on-time delivery while operating within a lean, continuous-improvement culture. The role focuses on maximizing yield and throughput for SMT, through-hole, reflow/wave solder, AOI/X‑ray inspection, and test processes while maintaining strict quality and ESD controls / programs. The Site Engineering Manager will operate within a lean, continuous improvement environment, consistently driving toward 100% Quality and 100% Delivery.This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Formal schedule is Mon – Thurs, 7:00am – 4:00pm, every other Fri 7:00am – 3:00pm)As our Engineering Manager,you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for:Lead and develop site engineering organizations.
