Welding & Fabrication Perform field welding on pipe, sheet metal, galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and support steel. Perform MIG and TIG welding, including thin‑gauge sheet metal. Complete fittings and fabrication tasks in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Weld and fit piping systems in both shop and field settings. Certifications & Technical Skills Must have 2 or more years experience as a welder. Hold or qualify for certifications in TIG/STICK, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel; D1.1 Structural certification highly preferred. Apply full range of mechanical knowledge to support installation and fabrication activities. Use measuring tools and apply basic math skills to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Jobsite & Equipment Responsibilities Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening. Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required; employment contingent upon motor vehicle record review. Maintain responsibility for assigned company truck, welding equipment, tools, and consumables. Work collaboratively with field teams and project leadership. Travel to various job sites as required (company truck, gas card, and welding equipment provided). Perform tasks requiring physical endurance, including carrying up to 75 lbs. Support shift flexibility, including overtime, nights, and weekend work as needed.
