We value our healthcare professionals and their unwavering commitment to patient care.Position OverviewWe are seeking three dedicated and reliable Inpatient Pharmacists for a 3+ month contract opportunity near New Chicago, IN. The ideal candidates will bring recent inpatient experience, exceptional work ethic, and a supportive, collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.Schedule: 40 hours per week; rotating AM and PM shifts (no overnight shifts required).Weekend Coverage: Rotating weekends as needed.Dress Code: Business CasualKey ResponsibilitiesReview and verify medication orders and patient profiles to ensure safe, precise, and appropriate drug therapy.Compound sterile preparations and IV admixtures following proper aseptic techniques and protocols.Provide comprehensive medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers.Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to resolve medication-related issues and optimize outcomes.Maintain complete, accurate documentation of medication distribution, inventory, and regulatory compliance records.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited pharmacy program.Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana.Experience: Recent Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, including hands-on experience with sterile compounding.Soft Skills: Outstanding work ethic, collaborative team mindset, strong critical thinking, and clear communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($65 - $75/hr DOE)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGenerous PTORetirement savings optionsOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentJoin the Rx Relief team and contribute your expertise to a facility focused on exceptional clinical care!Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65.00 Per Hour
