Regional Director of Operations - Healthcare Dietary Services
At The Waters of Peru, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met.
As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non‑clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:
- Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs
- Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Staff Development: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing multiple facilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient‑centered approach
- Multi‑facility experience
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM required, or Degree in Dietary Services)
