Now hiring an Extruder for a company in Wadsworth for 2nd shift, 3pm – 11pm.

Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate extrusion equipment to produce thermoplastic compounds according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, temperatures, pressures, and material flow.
• Load raw materials, colorants, and additives into production equipment.
• Inspect finished materials for quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, changeovers, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety and quality procedures.
• Any other duty requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
