Job Title: Accounting Specialist

 

Position Summary:

 

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense management. This role also assists with administrative tasks, event coordination, fleet management, and collections, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and support collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and bank reconciliations monthly.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support event coordination and logistics for internal and client-facing functions.
• Oversee fleet management, including maintenance schedules, registrations, and insurance.
• Prepare and send client invoices in coordination with relevant teams.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in event coordination or fleet management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor, client, and team interactions.
• Effective time management and multitasking ability.
