Senior Scrum Master
Locations: 100% Onsite: Raritan, NJ Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension. Pay Range: $50- $57/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Role Description:
- Responsible for managing Data, AI, and Salesforce teams while leading the execution of a large-scale AI transformation program using SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Provide weekly status reports to senior business stakeholders, manage project issues and risks, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Architecture teams to finalize solutions in alignment with customer standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and finalize business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, PI Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring successful program delivery and continuous improvement.
