Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile best practices
- Manage sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and reporting metrics
- Remove blockers and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines
- Coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Support backlog grooming, user story refinement, and capacity planning
- Drive continuous improvement culture within squads
- Work with GxP validated systems and adapt Agile practices accordingly
- Strong Scrum Master experience
- Hands-on with Jira nd Confluence
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI / Testing lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- GxP experience is mandatory
- Experience in Life Sciences / Client industry preferred
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
