US:CA:Los Angeles | Nursing & Clinical | Full Time Salaried 86,840 - 100,000 USD per year Description Kingsley Manor Pay Range: $86,840 - $100,000 Mon - Fri 6:30 am- 3:30 pm Summary Under the direction of the Executive Director/ Director of Health Services, the Care Services Manager is responsible for the coordination, supervision and directing of the work of the Assisted Living staff and ensures the resident needs are met according to Federal and State regulations as well as Company Policy. Competencies and skills Essential Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to write reports business correspondence, and procedure manuals Credentials Essential Registered Nurse - California or Licensed Vocational Nurse - California Education with Equivalent Qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience with Equivalent Qualifications Nonessential 5 Years experience working in a senior community Long term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nurse Compensation Disclaimer The actual compensation offered will depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, training, education, and licensure/certifications (as applicable).
