Housing Program Manager, Intensive Case Management
The People Concern
The People Concern is a Los Angeles-based organization delivering housing and intensive case management services under DHS HFH. This Program Manager role leads ICMS teams at project-based housing sites, ensuring trauma-informed care and strong coordination with partners. You will supervise bachelors and masters level staff, manage client crises, and ensure program compliance with funder standards.
