The People Concern
The People Concern in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) Case Manager to work 100% onsite at Cloverfield Services Center. You will assess housing stability, coordinate health and social services, and support clients toward permanent housing in partnership with DHS. You will travel to multiple locations in the greater Los Angeles area, maintain detailed biopsychosocial assessments, and develop individualized plans, all while upholding HIPAA and #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
